Ocean Perch is J-cut, packed in 6kg block carton and frozen, three blocks are paced in a master carton. The fish is most frequently graded in the following sizes: 100–200 g, 200–300 g, 300–500 g, 500–700 g, 700–1000 g and +1000 g
