Salted - Products
Fillets - Dry salted fillets, made out of fresh line caught raw material, are packed in 20 kg boxes, and graded in the following sizes: 100-200 g, 200-400 g, 400-700 g, 700-1000 g, 1000-1500g, 1500-2000g and +2000g. Other formats packed up on request. They are graded in qualities 1-2 (A), 3 (B), and vrak (C).

Splitted - Dry salted splitted fish, made out of fresh line caught raw material, is packed in 20 kg boxes, 500 kg scantainers, or according to order. They are graded in the following sizes: 300-500 g, 500-800 g, 800-1200 g, 1200-1700 g, 1700-2700 g, 2700-4000 g, and +4000 g. Other formats packed up on request. Quality options include 1-2 (A), 3 (B), and vrak (C).

Frozen fish - Products
Single frozen fillets - Single individually quick-frozen boneless fillets, skin on or skinless, glazed or unglazed. Packed and graded according to order.

Single frozen portions - Single individually quick-frozen portions, which can be loins, mids or tails, glazed or unglazed. Portion sizes, grading and packaging according to order.
