Frozen-at-Sea Catfish & Spotted Catfish
Catfish (Anarhichas lupus) and Spotted Catfish (Anarhichas minor) are bottom-dwelling fish that are trawl caught in the Barents Sea, and in the waters around the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Shatter-packed fillets
Fillets are shatter-packed in 6,81 kg blocks, and graded in the following sizes: 0-400 g and +400 g. Three blocks are packed in a master carton.
Headed and gutted
Whole catfish or spotted catfish, only headed and gutted, is packed and graded according to order.
